The Worship Collective is designed to help students move beyond the classroom and into real ministry experiences. Through mentorship, practical instruction, team rehearsals, and live worship opportunities, students learn what it takes to lead with both excellence and authenticity.
We believe worship leadership is best developed through experience. That's why students are given opportunities to serve on real stages, work with live teams, and grow in the skills, confidence, and spiritual maturity needed to lead others in worship. Bob got his big break at Hume Lake in 1992 where God birthed a career playing for youth of all ages from all over the Western United States.
